It's not supposed to be standard Enclave armour. It's the Gannon Family Tesla armour which i said in the description, although slightly edited at the commissioners request.

The American flag shirt is supposed to have Uncle Sam driving an M1 Abrams tank breaking through the flag holding a sexy lady liberty with a pet bald eagle in badass armor that could be a metal eagle from an old 80s metal album with the phrase "AMERICA, FUCK YEAH!!!!!!" around it.
