It looks fine you need to give youself more credit. Have you tryed doing backgrounds yet? If you do backgrounds try useing a lighter or paler color so the pic will stand out more and your attication is not focesed on just the back ground but the pic as a whole.
i think its pretty good, but try to do better on faces if your going to have people w/o helmets.
