If you haven't see any of my past posts then I'll bring you up to speed: Since government in this time period has expanded beyond one planet, ne societies formed mirroring off the old. THe Red Republic is the next step of present day Russia (not the USSR) and the Republics that used to be Soviet states. They hold the most systems under their control and with that comes the biggest military (but not the most high tech). Like the Soviet military during WWII, they build their weapons under the philosophy that quanity has a quality of its own.
If I was writeing the papper though it would be about how enlisting age should be 21 not 18. the rest of my feeling on this is in your inbox.
